Distaw provides independent Passivhaus site supervision accross North Wales,Cheshire and Shropshire, helping Architects, developers, and self builders protect the performance standards their designs promise on page.
A Passivhaus design is only as good as its execution.Small gaps in a service penetration, or a small detail missed very early on can undo months of careful design work and labour costs - and these issues are far cheaper to catch during construction than after an air test fails.
